How does the vanity builder work?
The vanity builder works by simply selecting the variations provided. Please select at least 1 option for each variable and the image will update accordingly to the design you selected. If you would like to redo the selection, please select ‘clear’ above the add to cart button and you may reselect. Please note this function does not work for clearance and limited items. If an item has a cross through it, this indicates the item is out of stock. Please contact us for an update on stock.
Where are your vanities made?
Most products on our website are manufactured by us or our joint venture partners in southern China. The remainder are sourced from other manufacturers via strategic alliances, after stringent quality testing to ensure a consistent high standard. AP Vanities is 100% New Zealand owned with strict quality control measures and supervision.
Our Uniquartz tops are fabricated here in New Zealand.
Can you customize the vanities into different colours, sizes or shapes?
All our vanities are already specially designed to set sizes and shapes – we cannot modify design or size changes. We can make you a custom product which you will have to contact us directly to arrange
AP Vanities are able to customise your cabinetry to any Resene & Dulux colour. Additional processing time and costs apply.
How to find out stock availability?
Our website will have ‘sold out’ or ‘coming soon’ on items not currently stocked. For lead times please contact us directly to check stock availability & restock time frame.
How to remove vanity's drawers with its runner?
Your plumber may need to remove the vanity’s drawers in order to install plumbing for your vanity. Please click here to check our draw runner tutorial.
How long can I hold the purchase for?
We have a strict 10 business day holding period. Once the vanity is complete and ready we will notify you your product is ready for shipment. After the 10 business days is up we will ship the product.
Warranty
What is covered under AP Vanities warranty?
Many of the products available on this website are manufactured by AP Vanities. However, in order to offer a comprehensive range of products, some goods are manufactured by other companies via strategic alliances. In such cases we offer the same warranties and guarantees of quality as on goods produced by AP Vanities, so you can be confident that regardless of who manufactures the goods, AP Vanities will honour any warranties that apply.
AP Vanities offers a 5 year warranty on cabinets & tapware plus 12 month warranty on tops, basins & mirrors. A warranty claim must be notified to us in writing attached with photographic evidence within the applicable warranty period.

If you have purchased a 2pac paint cabinet and have come across an issue with your paint work, AP Vanities will first provide a pot of touch up paint. If the touch up paint cannot resolve the issue, AP Vanities will then look into replacing the cabinetry.
If you have collected your original order from a depot and now require a warranty replacement, your replacement order must also be delivered to a depot for pickup.

For the marble bench top, AP Vanities makes no guarantees or warranties against grazing, scratching, or wear on the stone surface or otherwise. All stone products are sold subject to variation in colour, flow, grain, tonality, spotting, veining, shade, and texture. AP Vanities will not be held responsible for natural fractures existing in stone.
What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?
AP Vanities controls most of our delivery process which means that damages in transit are highly unlikely.
On the rare occasion when an item is damaged, we require photographic evidence as soon as you notice the damage within the 5 working days from the day you receive your order and can send a replacement where needed. Please email us at enquiries@apvanities.co.nz and they will organise a replacement urgently.
AP Vanities will not be responsible for any transportation damage unless we are notified within the time period specified.
Returns
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order if we haven’t yet dispatched it. After dispatch we cannot accept cancellations. However, we can refund your money under the 30-day money back guarantee. Delivery charges will still apply. Please note delivery fees returned to our depot are higher.

Can I exchange an item(s)?
If we haven’t yet dispatched your order, you can exchange your goods free of charge. Additional cost will apply if the order’s been dispatched from our warehouse.

When exchanging an item please make sure it is still in its original packaging and original condition. Goods cannot be exchanged after installation. Goods will be inspected upon return. AP Vanities will reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods do not meet our standard.
The customer acknowledges that the product that they have originally purchased is of the correct size and colour, failure to do so will result in a restocking fee of $110 per vanity plus two freight charges;
1. Freight charges back to our warehouse (located in Brisbane)
2. Freight charge to deliver the customers new product to customer’s home address or closet depot
Please note prices may vary due to location of delivery. Freight charges will be an additional cost made by the customer and will not be reimbursed by AP Vanities. Please refer our refund & return policy for further information.
Can I refund my order?
We do not issue any refunds and exchanges to products after dispatch that are discontinued items or floor stock due to change of mind, accidental damages that has occurred on site or upon installation or after installation.
Not dispatched: AP Vanities offers a full money back guarantee from the initial date of purchase only if the order has not been dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse.
Dispatched: AP Vanities also offers a refund from the initial date of purchase if the vanity has been dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse. If the order has been dispatched, you will have to pay freight back to our Brisbane Warehouse as well as a restocking fee of $110 per vanity for the refund to follow. Please note that prices vary due to location of pick up.

How will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued by crediting your account within 10 working days via bank transfer. All refunds are done via bank transfer even if the initial payment method was different.
Custom Paint
How can I get custom coloured cabinets?
Please contact us with your Resene or Dulux choice with the code number as many variants exist. Custom paint jobs take up to 10 weeks to complete.
